Enjoy your stay and a complete accommodation with all the facilities and services available at no extra charge (Household linen, fully equipped kitchen to enjoy all the culinary specialties of our Brittany, WiFi internet, TVSAT, heating, electricity, ...)).
In addition, discover the 38-acre garden, planted with trees/quiet, with its covered/heated swimming pool (usable in "covered" mode) and a boules pitch and playground for good humour and sharing.
The orientation is ideal to enjoy outdoor lunches always in the sun.
We also wish to develop our Gite in an ecological dimension, with the installation of selective sorting but also fruit trees (blackberries, raspberries, apples, plums and mirabelle plums) at the disposal of the tenants - a greenhouse with its organic vegetable garden will soon come to decorate your meals.
All the seaside activities are waiting for you (6 kms away) - The very beautiful beaches of Plouha, du Palus, Bonaparte and GwinZegal without forgetting the island of Brehat - Hikers will be able to discover the 290 kms of coastal paths a few minutes away from the Gîte - For sportsmen: water activities, golf, tennis and horse-riding, etc.

Cette maison en pierre vient de s'offrir un relooking. En effet, les propriétaires ont modernisé l'intérieur et complété les équipements pour que votre séjour soit des plus agréable et sans effort.

Vous avez à votre disposition 2 chambres, 1 lit pour 2 personnes (140X190) et 2 lits pour 1 personne (90x190), à disposition un lit bébé à la demande. Tout le linge est mis à disposition sans supplément.
Swimming pool - Terrace and bowling green
Terrasse en ardoise de 10 m² avec son store banne, piscine chauffée de 9 x 4 m, couverte par abri en dur rétractable, à disposition d'Avril à Octobre. La piscine est privative pour nos locataires. Ils ne seront aucunement dérangés et pourront profiter seuls du jardin et de toutes les commodités.
Living room & bathroom
Au rez-de-chaussée, en plus du salon, cuisine aménagée et entièrement équipée (Congélateur, Lave-Vaisselle, Micro-onde, Lave Linge, Télévision HD, Hifi, Equipements Bébé), une salle de bain avec baignoire, wc indépendant. Bien évidemment, le ménage sera inclus, (juste le respect des lieux à garder en mémoire).
